客家諺語句話：「每天三碗擂茶、保您活到九十八」。為傳承客家擂茶文化，吾榖茶糧創辦人走訪全台客家庄，發揮實驗室不屈不撓的研究精神，將茶葉磨成超微茶粉的喫茶「食茶」方式，為客家人招待貴賓茶點「擂茶」注入與時俱進的嶄新元素，並以廿多種穀物創造多樣化口味，希望以天然、養生為出發點，傳遞出大地穀物的純淨滋味。
As a Hakka slang does, "Three bowls of Leicha a day guarantees a long life." Leicha, which literally means "Tea powder" or "ground tea", is a traditional tea-based beverage or gruel prevalent among Hakka people. The founder of SIIDCHA has visited Hakka villages around Taiwan and experimented with over 20 kinds of nuts and grains. Ground nut and grains are added into the tea powder to create a variety of flavors. With added innovative elements, this traditional Hakka brew is usually served to guests. Our products preserve the pure and simple flavors of food grown from the earth.
客家文化にはこんな諺があります。「毎日擂茶を3杯飲むと、98歳まで長生きすることができる」と。吾穀茶糧の創業者は全国各地の客家村を訪れ、実験室での不屈不撓の精神を持ち、お茶の葉を非常に細かい粉-「食茶」にすることに成功したと同時に、客家人が知り合いの間で招待するための「擂茶」にも斬新的な要素を注入しました。20種類以上の穀物で多様の味を演出する一方、天然・健康を原点として、穀物で一番純粋の味をあなたにお届けします。

We provide a variety of grain teas with local characteristics, such as ground tea, wuguyin, almond oats, Japanese brown rice roasted tea, and Tainan No. 3 black bean tea, for various types of businesses including cafes, dessert shops, restaurants, SPAs, hotels, homestays, and inns. We also offer traditional Taiwanese teas, such as Ali Shan high mountain oolong tea, Sanxia Biluochun green tea, Hualien Hongyu black tea, and Hsinchu Oriental Beauty tea. In addition, we have fragrant oolong teas, including peach, lychee, golden pomelo, ginger and jasmine, camellia, and other varieties available for wholesale purchase of loose leaf or tea bags, suitable for use in your store's tea offerings.

擂茶粉來自大地最有生命力的食材，嚴選綠茶、南瓜子、糙米、黑芝麻等等18種大地珍穀調和而成，低溫烘焙、瞬間熟化科技技術，將穀物研磨成粉，完整保留穀物精華、香醇濃郁，並採用手採台灣原片茶葉，比擬「日本抹茶等級慢磨400目以上」的超微茶粉；淡淡綠茶香、完整保留穀物的精華，穀香氤氳瀰漫周圍，體驗陽光大地帶來全新的感受。
Hakka Lei Cha Powder | Finely Ground Natural Ingredients for Simple Enjoyment
Lei Cha powder comes from the most vibrant ingredients of the earth, carefully selected 18 grains including green tea, pumpkin seeds, brown rice, black sesame, and more, blended with low-temperature baking and instant ripening technology to grind the grains into powder while retaining their essence and rich aroma. Taiwanese hand-picked original tea leaves are used, comparable to "Japanese matcha level slow grinding of over 400 mesh," producing ultra-fine tea powder. With a light green tea fragrance and the essence of the grains fully preserved, the aroma of the grains permeates the surroundings, providing a new experience of the sunny earth.

我們非常感謝您選擇「吾穀茶糧 Siidcha-九份食茶館」做為您舉行聚會派對、公司開會的場所！下列的資訊可以讓您更了解我們的派對訂位程序及基本訊息。
✓ 預約訂位：當收到您完整的訂位資訊後，我們即確認您的訂位。而在您預計用餐日期的10天前，必須確認您的聚會人數。
✓ 訂金支付：為了保留您的訂位，請於預定用餐日期的10天前支付包場費用的50%作為訂金。扣除訂金剩餘的費用必須在您的預定用餐日期當天一次結清，並開立發票。若包場時間人數有變更異動，費用將重新報價。
✓ 取消訂位：若欲取消訂位，請於預定用餐日期的10天前通知餐廳。若未於時間內取消訂位，訂金將無法全數退還。

It is an honor that you choose SIIDCHA as your meeting place. Below are the process and the information of the block booking.
✓ Reservation: When we receive your information for the reservation, we will confirm it with you immediately and the number of the people 5 days before the reservation date.
✓ Payment: For the guaranteed reservation, please pay 50% as the security deposit. The rest of the hiring fee should be pay at the reservation date.
✓ Cancellation by the Hirer: In the case of cancellation of a booking by the Hirer within ten
days prior to the date of the booking, or the Hirer shall not be entitled to whole refund of the hiring fee.
✓ Service: We offer 15~30 seats booking, beverage what you want , and free wifi.
